We, Frank and Tiffani Powell, are waiting for a referral for our child in Ethiopia. We have been in the adoption process for 2 years and are prayerful this fundraiser will be a blessing to our journey! Unfortunately, the fees for everything associated with international adoption are more than we can tackle alone!
